At Abed Tahan, we want you to be fully satisfied with your electronics purchase. Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unopened packaging with all accessories and proof of purchase.

Return Process

  Our technical team will inspect the device to ensure it is in its original condition, unused, and that the manufacturer seal remains intact.

  Product Collection

  Once approved, you can either drop off the item at your nearest Abed Tahan showroom or schedule a pickup for larger home appliances.

  Refund Processing

  After a successful inspection, your refund will be processed via the original payment method or issued as a store credit voucher for future purchases.
